It’s been a long time, but I’m finally back

Here’s something I haven’t been able to say in a few years…

I wrote a book! ❤️ Annnnnd…it releases in less than a week!

First, I want to say how sorry I am that it’s been so long since I’ve had any publishing news to share with you. Life got in the way, then I hit a pretty major case of writer’s block, and before I knew it, so much time had gone by.

Thankfully, this past year has been much kinder to my creativity, and I finally have a shiny new book to show for it. I’m so excited for you to read it!

Play for Me is the eighth book in the Ransom Family series. This one follows Cecelia (Cash and Sam’s daughter), and she’s honestly one of my favorite characters I’ve ever written—fiercely loyal, incredibly determined, and a total badass. Writing her love story made me so happy, and I really hope you’ll check it out.

The Ransoms have missed you all. ❤️

You can pre-order Play for Me now on Amazon, and it releases in less than a week–August 4th!

P.S. A huge thank you to everyone who has emailed or messaged to check in on me over the past few years. Your kindness has meant so much, and I truly appreciate it.

Cecelia Ransome doesn’t have time for love.

After an injury nearly destroyed her future, she’s finally back where she belongs—starting for one of the best college soccer teams in the country and chasing her dream of making the national team. She’s not about to let anyone know she’s still haunted by the fear that one wrong step could take it all away.

A relationship?

Not on her radar.

Especially not with the gorgeous, socially awkward guy she met at a party under the absolute worst possible circumstances.

Solomon Barnes never meant to make such a terrible first impression. But when he’s assigned as the student athletic trainer for Cecelia’s team, avoiding her isn’t an option.

The more time they spend together, the harder it becomes to ignore the chemistry between them.

Or the way Solomon seems to see straight through the fearless image everyone else believes.

For the first time since her injury, Cecelia finds herself lowering the walls she’s built so carefully around her heart.

Falling in love was never part of Cecelia’s game plan.

But as the biggest season of her life—and her shot at the national team—hangs in the balance, she has to decide if protecting her heart is worth losing the one person who’s finally learned how to reach it.
